He also practiced bankruptcy law, handled foreclosures, worked in municipal court law, and was a skilled and hardworking general and commercial litigator.
Mr. Bavagnoli was known by his fellow staff members and his clients as an honest, intelligent, and caring attorney who put his clients’ needs first. His positivity and sense of humor were important parts of his personality that made him especially enjoyable to work with.
Mr. Bavagnoli received his B.S. in Business from Fordham University in 1985 and received his J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law in 1991. He was a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Bavagnoli & Bavagnoli was founded on a belief in community service, and Ron served in many positions where this was at the forefront. He was a Juvenile Attorney in both Bergen and Passaic County, and served for over 17 years as a Municipal Court Public Defender in several townships.
In his free time, Ron loved spending time at his shore house with his family, attending his son’s lacrosse games and his daughter’s cheerleading and gymnastics events, and playing golf with his brother Robert.
